1. Introduction

The general conditions of sale detailed below (hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions") exclusively govern the contractual relationship between any user of the site (hereinafter referred to as a "User" or "You") and whose head office is located at 62 avenue Bernard Blua 83990 Saint-Tropez SIREN 88428995000013. Each purchase on the site is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order. We consider that by validating your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale after having read them.

Product information takes the greatest care in posting information relating to the essential characteristics of the products online, in particular by means of technical descriptions from its partners and suppliers and photographs illustrating the products, within the limits of the technical and in compliance with the best market standards.

4. Price

The sale prices indicated on the site are in euros but excluding delivery costs. Any delivery costs are indicated to the User as they choose products and are invoiced to them at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. time but we undertake to apply the prices in force which will have been indicated to you on the site at the time of your order. We inform you that in the event of display of an erroneous price, obviously derisory, whatever the reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be cancelled, even in the event of initial validation.

5. Availability

You will note that we will honor your order within the limits of our available stocks. In the event that one of the products ordered is not available in our stocks, we undertake to contact you by e-mail or telephone call within 2 days from the date of your order in order to inform you of this and to tell you within what timeframe, this product could, if necessary, be delivered to you. If among the products ordered, some are temporarily unavailable, we will then offer to send you a refund.

6. Method of delivery

Your order will be delivered to your home by private carrier or by us.

When the item is indicated "In Stock" when you order, the time between placing the order and delivery is a maximum of 30 days, we indicate the start dates for delivery each month on the site. We will of course contact you by telephone to inform you of your delivery date as well as the approximate time.

During your delivery, you will be given your invoice and a delivery note in duplicate in order to check the condition of the products together. This delivery note attests to the good condition of your products and the acceptance of your delivery. Similarly, when the table is installed at your home by our delivery person, the delivery is deemed to have been accepted.

7. Secure payment has chosen to ensure the security of payments with Paypal and Stripe.

8. Right of withdrawal. Satisfied or refunded

In accordance with article L221-5 of the consumer code, the withdrawal period is 14 days (excluding pre-orders). Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.

The package must be returned within 14 days. All returns shown to be dated beyond 14 days will be refused.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you return it with tracking.

Once the goods have been returned, we will refund or exchange the products within fourteen days.

Once the package has been returned in good condition and respecting the instructions above, we will refund the amount corresponding to the item(s) within 15 working days.

The return is at the Customer's risk.

We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases:

- When returns are sent beyond 14 days after the return request.

- When the item is damaged and/or broken. We recommend that you take photos before leaving for delivery and settle any breakage dispute with the delivery person you hired. We are not responsible for breakages when the product is returned by you and is your responsibility.

9. Warranty

We guarantee the proper delivery of your furniture to your home.

On the other hand, we are not responsible for its good or bad use by yourself during your everyday life. By way of non-exhaustive examples: if you choose to stand on your table and it breaks, if you spill a bottle of champagne or acidic products during cleaning and it gets stained or, when you mishandle etc.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Customer undertakes to comply with the recommendations and indications appearing on the notices of the Products ordered. The examples of situations provided on the notices are of course not exhaustive.

He acknowledges that any responsibility or guarantee of Gipsy Home will be excluded in the event of damage related to non-compliance with the instructions for the Products. The damage generated by the Products cannot engage the responsibility of Gipsy Home.

11. Applicable law

These General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the execution of the present will be the exclusive competence of the French courts.
